inspireandgentle.com, operated by Roman Ilichev, sells digital products (Lightroom presets and video LUTs) and access to The Gentle Club subscription.

Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Digital products are delivered instantly by email after payment; no physical goods are shipped. Prices are shown on the site.

The Gentle Club is billed on a recurring basis and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Purchased files are licensed for personal use. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is not permitted.

Refund Policy

All digital products (presets and LUTs) are non-refundable. Because they are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final.

If a file fails to deliver, download, or open correctly, contact us and we’ll replace it.

The Gentle Club can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period is not refunded, and access remains active until it ends.

Privacy Policy

inspireandgentle.com, operated by Roman Ilichev, collects only what is needed to run the store: your email address (for product delivery and communication) and anonymous usage analytics.

This data is used to deliver purchases, provide support, send updates you’ve opted into, and understand how the site is used. We use Resend for email, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics. The site uses cookies for analytics.

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
